Blackline Safety Corp.’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held virtually on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
Blackline Safety is using notice and access to deliver meeting materials for our 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to our registered shareholders and beneficial owners. This allows us to post our Management Information Circular, 2023 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and other related materials online instead of mailing the documents. Notice and access is an environmentally-friendly and cost-effective way to distribute materials because it reduces printing, paper and postage.
